Wheeler coordinates with the architect, structural engineer and general contractor so the framing package reflects the drawings being submitted for permit, rather than a generic catalog assembly.

ENGINEERING AND SHOP DRAWINGS
The framing package is engineered for the approved architectural and structural drawings, including curved walls, tall openings, long spans and cantilevers where the design calls for them.

PERMIT REVIEW
The project is reviewed through the same permitting process as any other residential structure, using the stamped architectural and structural drawings. Construction classification and any required fire-resistance-rated assemblies are determined by the project’s licensed architect and structural engineer, subject to acceptance by the applicable building authority.

PRECUTTING AND LABELING
